Contact support

Email [email protected]. Include the shop domain, approximate time, affected app page, scan reference and a description of what you expected. Do not include credentials or private exports.

Security or privacy

Report a suspected security issue to [email protected]. Send privacy requests to [email protected].

Do not send tokens, storefront passwords, customer, order, payment, account data, raw private responses or private catalogue exports in an ordinary support request.

What the app can verify

Open for Agents compares supported Shopify Admin catalogue facts with Storefront Catalog and bounded public-storefront evidence. It is read-only. It does not claim to read every Agentic control or to prove indexing, ranking, recommendation, partnership, compliance or sales impact.

Unavailable sources

A password-protected, rate-limited, malformed or unavailable source is reported explicitly. Missing evidence is not turned into a pass or a discrepancy. Open for Agents does not collect storefront passwords.

Coverage limits

Admin and Storefront Catalog comparisons stop explicitly above the supported exact-scan capacity. Public-web observation records the exact product handles sampled in a scan and never creates findings for unsampled products. Shopify Ajax responses contain at most 250 variants per product, so variant-level public comparison is marked unavailable above that limit.
